Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Pixloop website and platform (the "Service") operated by Pixloop.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including restriction of access to your computer and/or account.

You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. Unused credits do not roll over and are non-refundable.

Access to certain features, including AI-powered analysis and content generation, operates on a credit-based system.

Credits are consumed when you initiate an analysis or generate AI-powered content.

Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Unused credits may expire at the end of a Billing Cycle or after a specified period, as detailed in your Subscription plan.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.

You may not use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Service for any purpose.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pixloop and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without the prior written consent of Pixloop.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
