• We may use aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve our service quality, but this data cannot be traced back to you.

• Users retain full ownership of content uploaded to Pixloop, including brand assets, creative materials, and campaign data.

• Pixloop receives a limited license solely to process such content to provide the service.

• AI-generated content created through your use of the Service is owned by you, subject to these terms.

• You remain responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

• We Do Not Share Private Ad Account Data: Information retrieved from your Meta Marketing API or Google Ads API connection is never shared with other users or made public.

• With Service Providers: Third-party vendors for hosting, data storage, authentication, payments, and AI processing under strict confidentiality obligations.

• Aggregated or Anonymized Data: We may publish usage statistics that cannot reasonably identify you.

• For Legal Reasons: When required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

• We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

• Private Campaign Data: Data from connected ad accounts is retained only while your account remains connected. If you disconnect or request deletion, we remove associated data within 30 days.

• Data associated with terminated accounts may be retained for 1–3 years for legal/audit purposes before anonymization or deletion.
