Copyright & Content Removal

Email support@pixloop.ai with the subject “Remove My Content”, including the URL of the page and enough detail to identify you as the creator or rights holder.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Removed pages are delisted from search, category pages and our sitemap, and return 410 Gone. Removals are recorded so later imports cannot restore them.

Our ad analyses are original commentary we generate about advertisements that are already published publicly. Each page links to the source video, and thumbnails are served by the video platform rather than copied by us. We do not host advertisement videos.

The prompt gallery indexes AI prompts creators shared publicly on X. Every prompt page credits the creator by handle and links to the original post.

Creators can have a prompt or an entire profile removed by email — no formal notice needed. See the prompt gallery removal policy for the detailed process.

Work you generate in Pixloop is yours. We do not claim ownership of your outputs, your brand assets or the material you upload.

To submit a formal notice, email support@pixloop.ai with the subject “Copyright Complaint” and include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed
• The URL of the material on Pixloop
• Your name, address, telephone number and email
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us with the subject “Counter-Notice”, identifying the material, where it appeared, and why you believe the removal was in error.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
